Use notice

Working principle

Notes for use:

1. Before starting, carefully check whether the electric pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or falling off;

3. Check whether the power supply is safe and reliable. The rated voltage must match the nameplate.

4. Use a megohmmeter to check the cold state insulation resistance of the stator winding of the motor must not be less than 50MΩ;

5. It is strictly forbidden to use the cable of the pump as the installation and lifting rope to avoid danger;

6. The rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet. If it is reversed, any two wires in the cable must be reversed for the connection position, and the pump can rotate forward.

7. The pump should be submerged into the water vertically. It should not be placed horizontally or trapped in sludge. When the pump is transferred, the power must be cut off.

8. Before the electric pump is stopped, it must be put into clean water for several minutes to prevent the sediment from being left in the pump and ensure that the electric pump is clean;

9. When the electric pump is not used for a long time, it should be taken out of the water to reduce the chance of damping the stator winding of the motor and increase the service life of the electric pump;

10. Under normal working conditions, after the electric pump has been working for half a year (it can be advanced to three months if the work intensity is large), maintenance should be performed, worn and worn parts should be replaced, the tightening status should be checked, and bearing grease should be replenished or replaced. And insulating oil in the oil chamber to ensure the good operation of the electric pump;

Working principle
QSY reamer hydraulic sand pump is a new type of sand pump that is powered by a hydraulic system, with a motor as the actuator, which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. When working, the rotation of the impeller through the water pump transfers energy to the slurry medium, causing it to generate a certain flow rate, driving the solids to flow, and realizing the transfer of the slurry.
The hydraulic motor is selected from domestic famous quantitative plunger motor and five-star motor, which has the characteristics of advanced and reasonable structure, good performance, high efficiency and stable work. According to the actual working conditions of customers, different displacement motors are selected.

Installation steps
1. First make sure that the excavator has been installed with hydraulic lines to ensure that the lines are unobstructed.
2. Remove the bucket and connect the hydraulic sand pump to the excavator arm through the mounting plate.
3. Connect the oil inlet pipe, oil return pipe, and oil spill pipe. Note: The oil pipes must be connected correctly.
4. Install the reamer head, taking care not to reverse it.
5. Test machine, if the reamer head is reversed, just reverse the two reamer.
Notes for use:
1. Ensure that the hydraulic oil in the system is pure and has few impurities, and has good lubricity, compatibility and stability;
2. According to the existing hydraulic system pressure, displacement, efficiency, etc., reasonably equip the sediment pump so that the system can operate normally and must not exceed the system load for a long time;
3. When used in conjunction with an excavator, the excavator arm should move lightly and slowly. It is strictly forbidden to slam or smash it under hard working conditions to avoid damaging the pump body
4. Use standard specification hydraulic oil pipes, use specified bolts and tighten them with specified torque, unqualified installation will cause failure, damage or oil leakage;
5. When the equipment is transferred, the hydraulic oil port should be kept clean to prevent entry of impurities, etc., which will affect the normal service life of the motor;
6. It is forbidden to modify or disassemble the equipment without permission, otherwise it will cause abnormal operation or abnormal operation.

Note before use:
1. Before starting, carefully check whether the pipeline pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation, and whether the fasteners are loose or falling off.
2. Leakage, phase loss, overcurrent and overload protection devices must be installed before use
3. Check whether the power supply unit is safe and reliable, and the rated voltage must match the nameplate.
4. Seal the inlet and outlet flanges and pipeline flanges of the pump with rubber gaskets and connect them firmly.
5. Switch the pump shaft after the motor is installed, there should be no jamming or a lot of friction, otherwise the motor should be reinstalled immediately. The piping weight should not be added to the pump during installation to avoid deforming the pump.
Repair and maintenance of pipeline pumps
1. Regularly check the tissue insulation resistance between the pump winding and the casing. The insulation resistance should be greater than 20MΩ. Otherwise, corresponding measures must be taken to meet the requirements before use.
2. Under normal working conditions, after the electric pump works for 3-6 months, maintenance should be carried out, replacing worn and wearing parts, checking the tightening status, replenishing or replacing bearing grease and mechanical oil in the oil chamber. Ensure that the electric pump works well.
3. The pipeline booster pump is not used for a long time. The pipeline should be unloaded and the water accumulated in the pump should be drained. The main parts should be cleaned, rust-proof and dried, placed in a dry and ventilated place, and properly stored.
