Heavy mixer

QJB heavy-duty mixer is the latest equipment developed by our company specifically for mixing impurities such as sand, silt and mud. It is mainly composed of motor, oil chamber, reducer and mixing head. It has compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life. The agitator stirs up large-size solid particles such as sand and gravel that are difficult to extract, and the pump extracts it next to the solid particles, which can easily extract high-concentration solid particles.

Electric mixer use conditions:

1. For 50Hz, 60Hz / 230V, 380V, 415V, 440V, 660V, 1140V three-phase AC power supply, the capacity of the distribution transformer is 2-3 times the electric capacity. (Specify the power supply conditions when ordering)

2. The working position in the medium is vertical, and the working state is continuous.

3. Diving depth: no more than 30 meters. The minimum diving depth of the submersible mixer is based on the submerged motor.

4. The temperature must not exceed 50 ° C, and the R type (high temperature resistance) does not exceed 140 ° C. It does not contain flammable and explosive gases.

The main purpose:
